Introduction

Established in the early years of Vietnam National University of Agriculture (VNUA), the Faculty of Engineering has a nearly seven-decade tradition of engineering education, research, and technology transfer. It comprises 7 departments: Mechanical Engineering Technology; Automotive and Power Engineering; Engineering Mechanics; Agricultural and Food Machinery; Electrical Engineering; Electrical Power Systems; and Automation. The Faculty also includes the Mechanical and Electrical Workshop and the Institute for Research and Development of Mechanical and Electrical Technology

  • Smart Agriculture: AI, robotics, computer vision, biosensors, UAVs, and IoT for precision agriculture, crop monitoring, and livestock management;
  • Renewable Energy: Renewable energy technologies and sustainable utilization of agricultural biomass for electricity generation, biofuels, and biofertilizers.
